  🕐 1. How long do I have to cancel an order?

  You can request cancellation within 6 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier. After dispatch, we cannot process cancellations.

  💳 2. Will I get a full refund if I cancel?

  • ✅ Before Dispatch: 100% refund to your original payment method or wallet.

  • 🚚 After Dispatch: Cancellation is not allowed, but if the product is returned undelivered (RTO), RTO charges and COD fees (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund.

  If your cancellation was made before dispatch, your refund will be processed  instantly after verification, but some time may  take time, within 1–3 working days, depending on your payment method.

  • Bank transfers (IMPS/NEFT): May take up to 3 working days.
