🕐 1. How long do I have to cancel an order?
You can request cancellation within 6 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier. After dispatch, we cannot process cancellations.
💳 2. Will I get a full refund if I cancel?

✅ Before Dispatch: 100% refund to your original payment method or wallet.

🚚 After Dispatch: Cancellation is not allowed, but if the product is returned undelivered (RTO), RTO charges and COD fees (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund.

🔁 4. Can I modify my order instead of cancelling it?
Currently, we do not support modifications (like size or color change) after an order is placed. If required, cancel and place a new order (before dispatch).Just contact to our support we will make changes manually behalf of you.
💰 5. I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?
If your cancellation was made before dispatch, your refund will be processed instantly after verification, but some time may take time, within 1–3 working days, depending on your payment method.

If you used any coupons, gift cards, or wallet credits, those will be re-credited when you cancel your order before dispatch. For instance, Style Trend India reinstates coupon or credit balances to your account upon cancellation.
At Style Trend India, we follow the same approach:
Your wallet credits are returned immediately.
If you used a promo code or gift voucher, those are reactivated for you to use again.
