• Print-on-Demand – Custom-designed apparel printed upon order.

• White-Label Offerings – No visible branding for private label resale.

• In-House Warehousing & Fulfillment – Centralized inventory and shipping.

• Third-Party Supplier & Drop-Shipping – We may collaborate with trusted third-party suppliers to print and ship directly to customers.

Note: Style Trend India does not manufacture products. All items are sourced from renowned suppliers, and we handle only design, customization, and marketing.

3. Account Registration

While browsing does not require registration, placing orders may require you to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the website—including but not limited to designs, text, images, logos, and graphics—is the intellectual property of Style Trend India or its licensors. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

5. Pricing & Taxes

• All prices are inclusive of GST, as per the applicable laws of India.

• There are no hidden tax charges beyond the listed MRP.

6. Shipping, RTO & Delivery Charges

• Prepaid Orders: Free shipping.

• Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹47 additional charge.

• RTO (Return to Origin): You may be charged the original delivery shipment cost if an order is returned due to failed delivery.

• Handling Charges: May vary depending on the product and will be shown at checkout.

7. Order Acceptance & Fulfillment

Orders are subject to acceptance based on availability and verification. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to product issues, payment failure, or suspected fraud.

8. Returns & Refunds

Our return/refund policy is available on the Returns & Cancellations page. Customers are advised to read it thoroughly before initiating a return.

9. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Impersonate others.

Style Trend India shall not be held responsible for:

• Delays or delivery failures by third-party courier services or suppliers.

• Product issues not related to our design or printing.

• Any indirect or incidental losses (e.g., lost profits, data loss).

We only accept liability for:

• Wrong product (mismatched item) delivered.

• Damaged product if the shipment was dispatched by us.

In all cases, our liability is limited to the purchase value of the product.

11. Platform Fee

We do not charge any platform usage or service fees from customers.
